Submitting a form, booking an appointment, or exchanging messages does not bind coverage or complete an enrollment. Please obtain confirmation of any requested insurance transaction from our team or the applicable carrier.

Collins Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.

Appropriate Use

Provide accurate information and use this website lawfully. Do not submit another person’s contact information for messaging without authorization or attempt to interfere with website security or operation.

SMS Program: Collins Insurance Group Client Communications

By separately opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from Collins Insurance Group at the mobile number you provide. These may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling assistance, intake form links, insurance review reminders, and responses to your questions.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Promotional messages will be sent only if you separately consent to receive them. Using our website or accepting these terms alone does not enroll you in text messaging.

Reply STOP to a message to unsubscribe from our SMS program. You may receive one confirmation message after opting out. Further program messages will stop unless you opt in again.

Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment, insurance policy, or pending application. Contact our office directly for those requests.
